It's the core of the sales system we run every day, offered on its own. It doesn't replace your people: it handles the replies and follow-ups, so one person can keep up with far more leads. We set it up, write it in your voice and keep it running. It's yours to run, and no message ever waits for our approval.

What it does
Answers every text
When a lead texts, it reads the whole conversation and the customer's record, then writes a reply in seconds, in your voice.
AI phone calls
An AI voice assistant can call new leads who asked to hear from you and pick up calls you can't. When the lead agrees, it carries the conversation over to text.
You decide what sends
Replies wait in a queue on your phone or computer. Send, edit or reject each one, or let clear, routine replies go out on their own. Anything unsure waits for you, and one switch pauses it all.
Follow-ups that actually happen
Leads who go quiet get follow-ups on a steady schedule that slows down over time and stops for good after a set number.
Teach it in plain words
Tell it something once, like “she wants the blue one” or “he prefers mornings”, and every reply to that customer follows it. It also learns which messages work best.

What it costs. Sales Copilot has a one-time setup fee, then a monthly fee to keep it running, with your portal included. A free call gets you both prices. You pay your own texting and calling costs.

Calling and texting customers comes with real rules. We set things up so you stay on the right side of them.
Only leads who opted in
It only reaches out to people who gave your business permission, for example with a consent box on your website form, and it won't place a call without a recorded consent. No bought lists, and no cold calls or texts.
Registered business texting
Setup includes registering your business number for business texting with the US carriers (A2P 10DLC), in your business's name, so messages are delivered and not flagged as spam.
Opt-outs honored right away
Anyone who replies STOP or asks to be removed, by text or on a call, isn't contacted again. Opt-outs are caught by fixed rules, not left to the AI.
Allowed hours only
Outreach goes out only in the daytime in the lead's own time zone, with later starts on Sundays, none on federal holidays, and tighter hours where state law requires.
Never too much
No more than three calls and texts to a lead in a day, never the same text twice, and never a second answer to the same message.
You approve anything unsure
Low-confidence replies, payment links and anything the AI flags wait for you or your team. Your business is the sender, and every message comes from your business, by name.
