You have Rosa in the office, Theo in the warehouse and two sales reps, and your account engineer from Answered Work is on the team too. The business is made up, but the portal is the same one our clients sign in to.

Connect your accounts
Connect the tools you want your account engineer to work with. You sign in on the tool’s own page, so your password never comes to us. We ask only for the access the work needs, and you can disconnect at any time.

Use your own AI
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to your portal. It sees what you see here and, if you allow it, sends requests and messages to your account engineer for you. It can’t change anything in your systems.
https://answered.work/mcp/portal- Claude: open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. Paste the address, then sign in with your portal account. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner of your Claude account adds it.
- ChatGPT: in Settings, open Apps & Connectors and turn on Developer mode under Advanced. Then create an app with this address and sign in.
- Other assistants: add it as a remote MCP server. If it asks for a key instead of a sign-in, make one in your portal’s Connections tab.

In this demo nothing connects: the address signs in to your own portal, not Cedar Street’s.
Connected assistants
See and send can send requests and messages to your account engineer and answer their questions, up to 10 requests and messages and 20 answers a day. See only can look but not send. An assistant that goes unused for 90 days drops off on its own.
